Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Can I apply a discount code?
Yes. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Email shop@the561scoop.com immediately and we'll do our best.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Puerto Rico and military APO/FPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 on all orders. Orders over $75 ship free.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items (clearly marked) are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email shop@the561scoop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Exchanges are easy — just email us and we'll reserve the new size for you. Exchanges are free for the first swap.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry. Email shop@the561scoop.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Products
What sizes do your shirts and sweatshirts run?
Our apparel runs true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look. Size charts are on each product page.
Are your hats adjustable?
Yes. Both snapbacks are adjustable to fit most head sizes.
What's included in The Bundle?
The Bundle includes the Boca Crewneck Sweatshirt (your selected size), one Snapback (Navy or White — note your preference at checkout in the order notes), and the Scoop Canvas Tote. All shipped together.
